All system generated email, including account receivable statements, ledger statements, reports and notifications are going out from one common system level account. We have three entities in the system with eight branches, totally. Three entities are independent of each other. Default email accounts for system notifications or for any other purpose need to be company specific. We cannot use single account. In fact, we would ideally want to have branch level default account. Does Tuhund have the option of setting default system email account on branch level?

Links in SMS messages originating from Tuhund, all use shortened URL automatically from tuhund. Can we use the same service for other purposes like social media and for QR codes on our product catalogs?
We know you can run e-commerce on top of Tuhund. We want to know how we can do that. Will there be any limitations compared to other websites?
I have noticed it first time that BI Dashboard keeps auto refreshing and charts keep showing latest information. It is really a great feature. We can just keep dashboard open on one of the systems.
I want to know if Tuhund ERP automatically saves internal chat conversations between employees and where can we see these conversations in future. Is there a search option to search for conversation regarding certain topic? Just like all email conversations and SMS regarding inquiry are attached to the same inquiry, can chat conversations also be attached? This will be a very good function in ERP if it is possible.
Firstly I must congratulate you. Tuhund is really the best ERP. With so many modules and so many features but still very simple and easy. Other ERPs are not even close. It has just been slightly over a month since we have started using and we are already feeling now we cannot work without Tuhund.
One of the best features that we liked is how you seamlessly and automatically maintain revision of quotations. My query is, when a quotation is not a revision but first draft, system is automatically hiding revision number in PDF documents but the label Version stays. It is like :
Quotation Number : 1234 Revision
Is there a way to hide this Revision label also so that it becomes as follows :
Quotation Number : 1234
Quotation Number : 1234 Revision : 1
Quotation Number : 1234 Revision : 2
I would like to know if we can print sticker labels with ERP. Since we already have all the information and data of our fixed assets, particularly computers and laptops in ERP, it will be easier for us jut to be able to print through ERP.
Can we use thermal transfer barcode printer for this. We do not need barcode in the label, but just want to use same printer.
Tuhund support has full access to our system and so far we have not had any issues with it. Now our principal has raised objections as our data is highly sensitive. They want to know why this access is needed even after a long times has passed since implementation.
Temperature sensors on our server are not working. I checked instructions and in that it was mentioned to download and install lm_sensors-3.1.1-17.el6.x86_64.rpm which I downloaded but on trying to install I am getting following error :

In file system watcher it is showing 1548 GB used space and 321 GB usable space for backup drive. We want to increase the space before we run out of space.
I am planning to switch to Apple MacBook. I hope Tuhund does not have any problem working on Apple?
We have TUHUND 50 user SAAS license and all 50 licenses are allocated to our employees. Only for a few days we need up to 5 extra users to login. Is there a way to keep it at 50 users but for a few days make it 55 users? What will be the extra cost per day for these five logins?
For integration of our attendance machines with ERP your FAQ mentions instructions for two different software, Tuhund Attendance Server and Tuhund Attendance Adapter. What is the difference between the two. Which one shall we use? We need to synchronize attendance machines with ERP in real time so that as soon as somebody comes in the morning and punches in, he will show present in ERP.
We also have three months of data in the machine already. Will this data also upload or the system will start from new records only?
I have email database in excel. Can I send mass mail from Tuhund newsletter module?
