TUHUND - ERP API
TUHUND comes with a wide range of Application program interfaces (API) for integration with other websites, portals and application software. Application program interfaces (API) is a set of routines, protocols, and tools for building software applications. An API specifies how software components should interact.
Most TUHUND API are specific to certain object instance of an entity. Such API along with API documents are generated in real time. API specific to entities are static standardized API. Most API come in different choices to chose from.

Inquiry registration API
Receive and register inquiry directly from a third party website or a software. Auto register in ERP, auto-assign to specific branch, department, role or even an individual. Auto notify through email, SMS and other modes. Auto-link with all related entities.
Service request registration API
Receive and register service request directly from a third party website or a software. Auto register in ERP, auto-assign to specific branch, department, role or even an individual. Auto notify through email, SMS and other modes. Auto acknowledge along with service request number through email, SMS and other modes. Auto-link with all related entities.
Contact forms API
Turns inbound queries received from third party websites into a systematically managed business process. Auto register queries in ERP, auto-assign to specific branch, department, role or even an individual. Auto notify through email, SMS and other modes. Auto-link with all related entities.
Open jobs API
Seamlessly embed the job positions advertised in your recruitment module in third party websites. Choose from one of the three distinct API for this function.
Attendance machine integration API
Integrate biometric and non-biometric attendance machines. This API comes with a application software adapter as well. In case attendance machine does not have the capability of calling an API, adaptor acts as a link between the machine and ERP.
Point of Sales API
Integrate third party developed POS software. Same API is used by TUHUND POS softwares too.
Delivery manager API
Delivery manager API is an optional extension of Point of Sales API. It is used for software at the warehouse or in kitcken in case of restaurants.
TUHUND - Third Party System Integration REST API
For integration of third party systems, including other ERP, with Tuhund, Tuhund offers secure and robust API access to deployments for a wide range for functionality and data. Access is controlled for every client and for every API. Access control is managed from respective Tuhund deployment. Access and level of access is controlled individually for each API.
The set of API namely “Tuhund third party system integration API,” covered under this section, are all REST API delivered through servlet “apic” [protocol]://[domain]/apic/[API Name] and exchange data in JSON format. Options include wide range of filters like search, sort, organize, drill down level and so on.
For development environment, sandbox portal access, with complete functionality and realistic sample data, is available.
For both, development and production, environments separate authentication codes are provided to each vendor. Authentication code is use to generate Authentication key. Authentication key works on the same server from which the key was generated and expires every 24 hours by default. Life time of Authentication key can also be controlled from the respective deployment. Authentication key must be reused as long as possible to ensure best performance in terms of response time.

TUHUND - ERP sub-portals
The entire system of TUHUND comprises main ERP portal and several supporting sub-portals as interfaces for various purposes. Sub-portals can run on the same domain name as main ERP portal or these ERP sub-portals can have their own individual domain names. All sub-portals are complete portals of their own full of functionalities and are managed from main ERP portal.
