All system generated email, including account receivable statements, ledger statements, reports and notifications are going out from one common system level account. We have three entities in the system with eight branches, totally. Three entities are independent of each other. Default email accounts for system notifications or for any other purpose need to be company specific. We cannot use single account. In fact, we would ideally want to have branch level default account. Does Tuhund have the option of setting default system email account on branch level?

In Tuhund, you can specify default sender email accounts independently at the company, branch, and functional levels. The default system-level email account serves as a fallback to send emails when no specific rule is defined. For small, single-entity organizations, this setup is usually sufficient, and there's no need to configure individual accounts. However, for larger organizations, even those that are single entities, it is beneficial to send system-generated emails through accounts linked to specific functions. For example, emails related to accounts receivable can be sent from accounts@example.com, while service request emails can be sent from services@example.com. This approach allows for better monitoring and management of replies. Tuhund not only provides the options to enable this but also highly encourages it.
To configure default system email accounts at the entity, branch, and functional levels, navigate to **Admin > Branch Management > Senders**. You will find an "Add" button at the top right corner. Click the "Add" button. If your deployment is a multi-entity or multi-branch organization, the system will prompt you to select the branch first. Please select the branch. In the next form, you have only two fields to select from: **Purpose** and **Sender**. It is simple and self-explanatory. The first option under Purpose is "All Email not configured elsewhere." Please specify a sender account for this option first. Then, you can add more accounts for specific functions from the same list as needed. All emails sent through individual accounts will be available in the sent items of the account from which the email is sent, as well as linked to the individual record to which it is related.
