Hi
All system generated email, including account receivable statements, ledger statements, reports and notifications are going out from one common system level account. We have three entities in the system with eight branches, totally. Three entities are independent of each other. Default email accounts for system notifications or for any other purpose need to be company specific. We cannot use single account. In fact, we would ideally want to have branch level default account. Does Tuhund have the option of setting default system email account on branch level?
Thanks in advance
Inside Tax Invoice Register Report, there is a button, "Sharing Report," which takes to another report "Tax Invoice Register :: Sharing Report." What is that report? Both reports look the same. They have the same data and the same filters. Even exported excel files look the same.
We want our sales people to be able to see the stock of entire organization even for the branch they have no other access to. How to we do that?
Before Tuhund we had 11 isolated systems for our two companies and their branches. We have several customers who were customers for more than one branches and therefore had entries in multiple systems. Now after migrating data from old systems to Tuhund ERP, we have several cases of duplicate customers in master records, many with slight difference in names. How do we delete duplicate customers?
We want to give branch managers access to check detailed ERP user activity logs for their respective branches without giving them access to any other admin function.
While, before or after approving a quotation, proforma invoice and tax invoice, it would be very helpful if the user, particularly approver, can see ledger balance of the customer right in the record. Can this be done?
If there is no option for this, can this be done as customization for us?
I had to add same bank accounts while preparing payment vouchers for different branches of our company and it resulted in 17 accounts and in actual there are only 6 accounts. Now this effects balances in bank accounts in the system.
In almost all reports of accounts receivable we have a column for finance cost. On what basis is this finance cost calculated?
We want to get all sales records, i.e Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices and Indent Orders for a particular machine given to one group of companies from all our branches from 2010. How can we get this report easily.
